The content of terms and conditions may be changed, moved or deleted at any time. Please note that SurfNShopStore@Lelong have the rights to change the contents of the terms and conditions without any notice. SurfNShopStore will take immediate actions against the offender(s) for any violation of rules and regulations of these terms and conditions.

Site Contents and Copyrights
Unless otherwise noted, all images, photographs and video clips that appear as part of SurfNShopStore@Lelong's product description are copyrighted, owned and controlled by SurfNShopStore@Lelong.

Comments and Feedbacks
All comments and feedbacks to SurfNShopStore@Lelong will remain SurfNShopStore@Lelong's property.
User shall agree that there will be no comment(s) or feedback(s) submitted to SurfNShopStore that will violate any rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy of other person or proprietary right(s). Furthermore, user shall agree that there will not be unlawful, abusive, or obscene material(s) or content(s) submitted to the site. User will be the only one responsible for any comment's or feedback(s) made.

Product Information
We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same as shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor however we strive to keep all information and picture/video in SurfNShopStore as accurate as possible so that what you get is what is described and shown. However, there may be typo or error. Please inform or ask me at surfnshopstore@protonmail.com if you have doubt.

Newsletter
User shall agree that SurfNShopStore@Lelong may send newsletter regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc through email to the user.

Indemnification
User shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold SurfNShopStore@Lelong harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Link to other sites
Any access link to third party sites is at your own risk. SurfNShopStore@Lelong will not be responsible if the user's product(s) got damaged or lost after having any connection with third party site.

Inaccuracy of Information
From time to time, there may be information on SurfNShopStore@Lelong that contains typographical error, inaccuracies, omissions, that may relate to product description, pricing, availability and article contents. We reserve the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchased product(s), please return it back to us with the invoice. Please check out “Return and Refund Policy”.

Store Policies :

1. Payment shall be made by buyer within 48 hours from date of order otherwise SurfNShopStore has the right to cancel the order.

2. In case of force majeure, SurfNShopStore will not be responsible for any damage or lost during delivery of product.

3. Buyer must provide correct address in detail. Any successful tracked shipment but fails in reaching buyer due to any reason will not be entertained.

4. Buyer bears all the shipping costs. No free shipping unless stated/provided by default.

5. Combine shipment is allowed, additional charges may apply.

6. Dispute, if any, shall be settled by friendly negotiation between SurfNShopStore and buyer.

7. Product sold is not returnable/refundable unless it is defective upon receipt or we send you the wrong product. If there is defect on the product you receive or we send you the wrong product, please kindly contact us within 3 days after receipt of the product and send the product back to us within 7 days after confirmation from us. Please check “Return and Refund Policy”.

Termination
This agreement is effective unless and until terminated either by the customer or SurfNShopStore@Lelong. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, SurfNShopStore@Lelong may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying access of the customer who is unable to comply to the terms and conditions above.

Return and Refund Policy

• Warranty for Arduino boards are 3 months, other electronic products have warranty of 1 month unless stated differently in product description. No warranty of hardware products unless stated in product description.

• Product sold is not returnable/refundable/exchangeable unless it is defective upon receipt or we send you the wrong product. If there is defect on the product you receive or we send you the wrong product, please kindly take the picture or video of the defective or wrongly sent product and contact us within 7 days after receipt of the product and send the product back to us within 7 days after confirmation from us. Customer will first pay the shipment of product back to us then after we receive the product back we will reimburse the shipment cost incurred by customer. Any failure to do so will not be entertained. Please make sure you receive confirmation from us first before you send the product back to us, we will bear the cost of shipping the product back to us if you follow our return policy.

• Please take note that this warranty does not cover:

1. Damages to product done deliberately or due to improper handling of it.

2. Damages to product caused by either impact, liquid, sand or insect, natural disaster and act of God.

3. Modifying or repairing the product without written consent from us.

• Replacement/refund will only be issued if the product being returned is not used ( except for Electronic/Electrical product which doesn't work at the time of arrival ), in the same condition you received it and in the original box and / or packaging. Please keep the packaging well and return the product as a whole in original condition.

• SurfNShopStore@Lelong will not be responsible if your shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit. However customer may claim the compensation from the relevant delivery company.

• Once we have checked and confirmed the product, customer will receive their refund or replacement within 7 business days after the confirmation.
