Once your order is verified, you can expect to receive your goods within the following time frame:
In Metro areas: 2 - 3 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and holidays)
In Non-Metro areas: 4 - 7 working days (except Saturday Sunday and holidays)
Products will be shipped from Tools Depot's store, address: 9 and 11, Jalan BRP 1/4, Bukit Rahman Putra, 47000 Sg. Buloh, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.
We work with a few logistic companies including GDex, Skynet, Poslaju and Ta-Q-Bin, also using our own delivery team to serve our customers best. You may also opt to pick up your orders from our store.
