POLICY
Tools Depot only allows an order to be cancelled at its discretion, subject to Tools Depot recovering from the customer the costs incurred.
The customer may only return product to Tools Depot for incorrect ordering and receive a credit or refund, on the following conditions:
The customer must contact Tools Depot in advance to obtain the prior consent and a goods return number, which is to be quoted on all returne
Return must be made within 7 days of the date of delivery. Product must be returned to Tools Depot in good condition, in their original packaging, with all paper works, parts and accessories, unused and in a saleable condition, to be confirmed by Tools Depot after receipt.
Product must be adequately packed and dispatched freight prepaid, clearly labelled, to the address advised by Tools Depot.
