You are abide to the below terms and conditions when you order this item.

• All sales are FINAL unless the item is defective upon receipt.

• Customer satisfaction/service is always our priority and please contact us first if you encouter any problems with your order before you leave negative feedback. We will try our best to resolve your issue with best solutions.

• Colour: Due to the setting/resolution of the monitor, the colour of the physical item might be slightly different with the picture.

• Specification: please check carefully with the specification provided.

• Please kindly make payment within 3 days after confirmed an order. Buyer who has dishonoured payment for 3 times will be blacklisted and reported to Lelong.

• Please allow 1 to 3 working days to prepare the product delivery after payment. A confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent out once item has been posted out.

• If item is out of stock, we will contact you and you may choose for a refund or replace with other item or wait for new stock arrival.

• We will check and ensure all items are in good condition before shipping.

• Prices, specifications, information and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.

• Please note that warranty does not cover:

  1. Damages to item done deliberately or improper handling of it.

  2. Damages to products caused by either impact, liquid, sand or insect, natural disaster and act of God.

  3. Modifying, repairing the product without written consent.

• If there is defect on the items you receive or we send you the wrong items, please kindly contact us within 3 days and deliver back to us within 14 days.

• Please keep the packaging well and return the goods as a whole.

• We offer 14 days return period, with buyer paying the return postage.

• We will not be responsible if your shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit. However customer may claim from the relevant courier company if item is insured.

• Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund or replacement within 14 business days after the confirmation.

• Policy on Out-of-Stock Items

  • Scenario 1:

    • All the products were in stock when your order was confirmed, but after your payment was confirmed, one of the products in your order went out of stock.

    • In this case we will contact you and we may ship all the in-stock products that you have ordered first and for products which are out of stock, we will ship it to you immediately once the next shipment of stock arrives or we will refund to you for those items out of stock.

  • Scenario 2:

    • The product was already out of stock when you made the order.

    • In this case we will ship all products in the order only when the new stock for the out of stock product arrives However, in some situations we might ship the products that are available first.

    • Customer has the right to request a full refund if he/she doesn't want to wait anymore. Usually we will process it within 3 working days to issue customer's refunds.
