Shipping to be made within 1 - 3 working days, 5 - 7 days for the phone. Delay perhaps 5 - 14 working days if out of stock. We only ship complete order.
Buyers are compulsory to make payment within 24 hours after placing the order. If buyer failed to pay within this perioud, TradeShoppe reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice. TradeShoppe also reserve the right to change, add, delete, or alter in any way the official Promotion details and restrictions at any time during any promotion, without prior notice.

POLICY
Warranty Policy
1. General
1.1. 7 days warranty upon buyer receive the goods for used-phone and 30 days for selected model. Warranty void if warranty sticker removed (for iPhone, the warranty sticker can be found next to the charging port)
1.2. 12 months limited warranty for Brand-New Mobile Phone. Warranty VOID for Custom-ROM, Jailbroken, LCD Damage, Water Damage, Dent Mark, or any Human defects. Warranty void if warranty sticker removed.
1.3. 30 days warranty for all XiaoMi / XiaoYi / Yeelight Products except Mi Phones.
1.4. 120 days limited warranty for VaporShark products.
1.5. 12 months limited warranty for Provape products.
1.6. No warranty for China-made Vape stuff such as; MOD, Tank, RDA or any Vape related.
1.7. 14 days warranty for Nitecore / Xtar Chargers.
1.8. No Warranty for LG / Panasonic Batteries.
1.9. TradeShoppe would not bear the responsible for any Jailbroken or modified products.
1.10. No Return / Refund after purchase confirmed.
XIAOMI PHONE WARRANTY TERMS and CONDITIONS
1 YEAR LABOUR SERVICE FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASED AGAINST ALL MANUFACTURING DEFECTS EXCLUDING ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTIES OR WATER/LIQUID DAMAGE.
3 MONTHS WARRANTY COVERED FOR LCD DISPLAY, TOUCH SCREEN, KEYPAD, TRACK PAD AND TOUCH PAD.
3 MONTHS WARRANTY COVERED FOR CAMERA, BATTERY, EARPHONE AND AC TRAVEL CHARGER.
IF NECESSARY, WE WILL SEND BACK TO XIAOMI CHINA. APPX 60 - 90 WORKING DAYS.
2. Warranty Service
All the goods will be checked for fully functional and packed nicely before sent out.
We WILL NOT RESPONSIBLE for any item losses or spoilt during delivery by post service.
Please capture the photos/video and send to us of the Used-Phone which is not functioning.
For item faulty received within 24 hours, Customer will need to bear the postage fees sent back to us, and TradeShoppe would bear the postage replacement.
For warranty claim, Customer will need to bear the both postage fees.
