1. Delivery Service
Vmall in Lelong.my has appointed few courier service providers as logistic partners to provide better experience to customer.
2. Area Covered
Currently our area covered including entire Peninsula Malaysia and East Malaysia.
3. Delivery Payment Standard
The charge would depend on delivery location, and the system will display the additional amount during checkout.
4. Delivery Time
Under normal condition, the delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days for Peninsula Malaysia and within 5 working days for East Malaysia after payment is made.
*Note* Working days is followed according to Kuala Lumpur Selangor calendar, excluding the local public holiday and not including the payment date.
5. Tracking System
Once receiving delivery number from our system, you can go to our logistic partners official website to check the delivery status:
