For Auction Items
1) After winning the bid, please make payment and contact me within 5 days. Item will be sent out as soon as payment is cleared. (Normally is 1-2 days, but please allow 3-5 days in some circumstances). Full payment (winning bid price plus shipping fees) must be made before item been ship out).
2) Goods sold are not returnable or exchangeable, please read the product description carefully or contact me for more details before placing a bid.We will not dispute color with customers. As with all hand dyed clothing, shading can vary slightly from item to item. The picture in the listing is the item up for auction. Since individual computer moniter color saturation and hue vary so widely(the actual color definately is not much different as the actual item and #39;s color), we state clearly the color on the product description page for the buyers convenience.
3) Please agreed our terms conditions before placing a bid, joybidders will be reported and blacklist and account will be suspended by lelong.com.my.
For Sales Item
1) After placing order we will check the availability of the stock, after confirm the availability of the stock, buyers to bank in payment plus shipping cost to my account, items will be ship out after payment cleared.

3) If the stock is not available, we will order from supplier, buyers no need to make any payment until the stock arrive,when the stock available, then only we will ask the buyer for full payment but because of imported goods please allow 10-15 working days for the delivery of the goods.
4)Any mistake or defect on the product must notify the sender within 24 hours after receive the item and must return to the seller for exchange in 3 days, any report of defect or wrong item after 24 hours upon receiving the item will not be entertain.Thanks for cooperation.
