• Delayed top-up (1 day) from Alliance Bank.
• Please transfer additional RM1 with the total amount for the Lelong i-pay to release the payment to me via Maybank2U.

PayPal

* Not Recommended because of high charges.

• Payment in Malaysian Ringgit only (Total Amount + PayPal charges; contact us for final amount)
• For local Malaysia PayPal account the charges are +3.9% + RM2, for non Malaysia PayPal account (overseas) the charges are +4.2% + RM2. If you have any doubt on the calcuations or high charges please write to PayPal for enquiries.
• We will make a money request from PayPal:davis@Japan.com to your PayPal account registered e-mail address.
• We only ship to confirmed address as appear in PayPal. No exceptional case.

Credit Card payment

• Credit Card Payment Gateway with 128 bit SSLcertified by Equifax Secure Certificate Authority (We will give you the link in e-mail)
• *Your credit card details will be securely transmitted using 128bit encryption to bank for processing and will not be disclosed to the merchant*
• Visa MasterCard accepted only.
• Additional +3.7% charges. Please calculate the current selling price with additional charges before make payment.
• Do inform Davis Online Store via phone call +60-16-4220885 or e-mail davis@japan.com first before making payment, if failure to comply the transacted amount will not refund back.
• Any attempts to fraud/con us, we will report the bad transaction to the credit card issuer and also PDRM CCD.

1. Philips, Panasonic, JVC can be combine shipping for one time order, one time shipment but not able combine shipping with other products.

*Philips parcel would be sending out by SkyNet logistic/ courier service.

• We only sending out the items from Monday to Friday except public Holidays (Selangor Wilayah Persekutuan). The last pick up time from courier service would be at 3pm.
• Do contact us if your item not received after 3 working days by phone call to +60-16-4220885 (no SMS)
• Any SMS, e-mail chasing for delivery status would not entertain for less than 72 hours after the parcel shipped.
  

2. All other items would be sending out by PosLaju only.

3. Please allowed 1 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday) for your parcel to arrived.

4. We are conducting our sales through internet channel only. We do not have any physical store for your normal foot-in-store shopping experience. We have reached agreement with many brands we are selling so we must solely selling through internet only. If you wish to purchase the items with store like experience please get it done over at physical stores, we do not wish to cross the bottom line, thank you.

5. We are very happy receiving our customers order and business opportunity, but there are certain time during festive season we do not promise the parcels can reached on time. We do not over promise/commit when the parcel will arrive which is out of our control.

6. For international shipping, any custom held, parcels returned due to bad addresses or any unknow reason. Customers must pay the shipping cost for resend the parcel. Customers shall liable for the custom taxes.

Most of the products sold from us are RoHS compliance, lead free, Green product, tree hugger (no receipt given out), minimum packaging.
