- Payment can be made via bank in, bank transfer and online banking.

If we discover an error in the price of any Products which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the Order as cancelled. If you cancel your Order before we have shipped it to you, and you have already paid for your Order, you will receive a full refund.
- We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from this Site at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Site. We will make our best efforts to always process all Orders but there may be exceptional circumstances wherein, we may need to refuse to process an Order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion. If we cancel your Order and you have already made payment for your Order, the payment amounts will be fully refunded to you.
- Please check your order properly before you place an order. No refund or change will be entertained for wrong order(s) (i.e color/size) made from your side.
- Item(s) can only be changed for defective or different to the one purchased. Kindly inform us immediately within 24 hours upon item(s) received. You have 2 days upon receiving the item(s) to return your order. We will initiate refund if the item(s) is unavailable.
- Postage expenses for returning defective item(s) or different to the one purchased will be borne by us. Remember to enclose the receipt of the postage expenses to return the package to us. Please note that the postage expenses will be reimbursed after the items are reimbursed.
- You shall ensure that the item(s) is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the item(s) back to you.
- You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our address. Please ensure to packaged the goods well to prevent damage. We strongly recommend that you use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking services.
- Once we have inspected the returned item(s), we will aim to process your change within 5 business days.
