We will ship the item to your address shown in your Lelong account only. Please ensure your address and contact number is up to date. Buyer will bear ALL handling charges and re-delivery fees should failure of delivery is due to incorrect address and/ or contact number.
Note : Your shipment can be delayed due to weather conditions, customs or security issues. Buyer shall bear all country, provincial, government, state and local sales, use, goods and services, value added, customs duties, import, excise, privilege and similar levies, taxes or fees and shall be responsible for assuring that the Product(s) can be lawfully imported into and complies with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Note: Shipment will be on hold if any of the following happens:
- Buyer’s shipping address does not match Lelong shipping address.
- Contact number is not provided, incomplete or incorrect.
- Payment has not been cleared and/ or verified by Lelong.
Term of Sales / Returns / Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase due to any cosmetic, mechanical or electrical defect after receiving the product, within the first 7 days we will provide refund/exchange with new product. Buyer is responsible for shipping fee(both ways).
For refund/exchange, product must be sent back to us in original condition (new and unused) with:
- Item in original condition with no defects (other than those already inherent upon receipt).
- No scratches, damages, breakage whatsoever (other than those already inherent upon receipt).
- No altering of any part of the item.
- Original packaging and all accessories complete.
