Delivery

1. Items will be sent out within two working days after confirming payment. (Please update transaction status at myLelong)

   Delivery will be arranged Monday to Friday, EXCEPT Public Holidays.

2. Strictly NO C.O.D. nor SELF COLLECT and no MEET UP. It simply too time consuming to do this.

3.Shipping charges are not refundable.

4.All items will be checked thoroughly to be in working order before leaving our store for delivery.

5. Replacement ISSUES: Once item has been delivered to customers, kindly check the condition of the item, got any problem please inform us straight away. After confirming, kindly send the item back to me for thorough checking of the item.

6. There are no exchanges unless the product is completely defective DOA [Dead On Arrival] when you received the shipment.

7. In case of missing parts, please notify us no later than 3 days after you receive the item and we will arrange re-shipment of relevant parts.

8. Return & exchange is not allowed if the item has been used or flew.

9. If you have any problem with the products you ordered from us, please report it at the time when you received the shipment (not after use please). If you used/ flew the product, or crashed product, no matter what the reason. We are sorry but we can not be responsible for your crash or use. We will resend a NEW item to the customer free of charge except for the courier charges pay by buyer.

10. Items after 24 hours since reaching the customer, will not be any allowed for exchanging/replacing claims.

11. NO Combined Delivery for Auction Items.

1. Warranty: We provides Manufacturer/Distributor/Supplier Warranty on all products unless otherwise stated. The warranty covers any hardware defects and excludes any software issues, act of god, power surge, neglect, or unauthorized repair/modification (Kindly refer product's manufacturer warranty policy for more specific details).

2. Lost & Damages: Seller shall not held responsible for lost or damage of the item during delivery by courier service. However, buyer has the right to claim from the courier company.
