How to Buy?

Customers can make outright purchases by:

CASH
Payment can be made to us. Receipt will be given as proof of purchases.

CREDIT CARD
Visa, Mastercard issued by most banks are all accepted.
Receipt will be given as proof of purchases.

CHEQUE
Make cheque/ bank draft in Malaysia Ringgit (RM) in favour of WOONGJIN COWAY (M) SDN BHD.
Receipt will be given as proof of purchases.

Privileges

Customers will enjoy the following Privileges for credit card installment:

How to Buy?

Customers can make payment via our credit card 0% interest for up to 36 months with the following financial institutions in Malaysia:

4. Public Bank: 12 month

4. Hassle-free payment method
5. Entitle to product ownership after rental period

What is Cody Service?

Cody or Coway Lady is the service expert of Coway who upkeeps product through Before Service to ensure it is always at tip-top condition. Cody consists of a team of attentive and dedicated women who are always ever-ready in assisting customers with technical matters related to filter replacements and product maintenance. Cody will visit your premise once every two months.

The Cody Service includes:

1. Periodical filter change
2. Product sanitation
3. Product check-up
4. Parts replacement
5. Free after sales service

Customer doesn and rsquo;t need to pay anything except monthly Rental Fee.

How to Rent?

Customers can rent selected Coway products starting from RM 25 per month which includes Cody Service. The minimum period for rental is 2 years and to the maximum of 5 years.

Coway Rental Scheme was initially started by Coway Korea who has more than 5 million satisfied rental customers. This scheme which has since been introduced into Malaysia with the support of Cody and CT and rsquo;s Dream Service Centre.

There are two payment methods for rental:

Direct-Debit Payment.

Monthly payment will be charged directly to customer and rsquo;s registered bank account.

Only the following banks are accepting this facility:

1. Maybank
2. CIMB
3. Public Bank
4. RHB
5. Alliance

Auto-Debit Credit Card.

Monthly payment will be automatically charged to customer and rsquo;s registered credit card account.

Ownership Shift

Upon completion of contract (5 years), customers are entitled to own the product.

The following documents are required:

Direct-Debit Payment

1. Copy of IC both sides
2. Copy of the latest 3 months Salary Slips
3. The latest 3 months bank account statement. The statement must show the 3 transactions for salary deposits
4. Payment (Registration fee + 1 month advance rental fee)

1. Berjumpa terus untuk berbincang tentang tempahan dan bayaran. SMS 012-7301650

3. Jika gambar saiz besar dan tak boleh email boleh pos cd gambar pada pihak ezistore.

4. Bila design sudah siap saya tunjuk pada anda untuk pengesahan.

5. Sila buat bayaran pada ezistore setelah pengesahan design dibuat. Bayaran dibuat melalui akaun    lelong ezistore @ terus ke akaun Maybank 151119138977 @ Public Bank 4895312916

6. Setelah storybook siap di print ia akan dipos pada anda dengan kos RM10.00 @ anda boleh berjumpa    terus untuk mengambil storybook yang telah siap.
