In-Stock Item -We will ship out upon receipt of full payment.

Out of Stock Item - Please give us 48 hours to reply you on the next stock availbility.

Pre-order Item - Full payment required to process your order. Please allow the goods to be    reached you within 14 working days. If your order is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and your payment will be fully refunded. 

Refund and Exchange is acceptable when customer receive the wrong item or product quality issue with the Terms & Conditions follows:

• Strictly NO refund or exchange for 'Special Price' Item
• Only return by REGISTERED MAIL with original packing are accepted
• Customer to incur all returning shipping charges
• Shipping charges incurred in the first order are not refundable
• Exchanging item is subjected to the stock availbility
• Log the case by email / telephone within 2 days of receiving the goods
• The prices of exchange item MUST be equal or higher than the original ordered item
