Well, we can't control the price of the shipping fee. We also need some packaging and transport fee to package and send your parcel to nearby courier company. And remember, the poslaju price you see in their website is without additional charges. Poslaju charges at least 20% additional charges on top of that price.

     
     
    Please bear in minds that there are pros and cons about online shopping. The major pros of online shopping is the provided convenience as you do not have to waste energy, time, parking fee and petrol visiting physical shop. It's unimaginable if you compare your old self with todays's online shopping experience. You do not have to visit multiple shops to survey prices as well because with online shopping, you can plan, comparing and researching products easily. Frankly speaking, online shops are usually loaded with spectacular range of choices and product varieties. Of course, all of these pros come with the price of the shipping and handling fee.
     
    However, nothing is perfect. There are also risks when shopping online such as faulty courier (product lose, damage during delivery), personal expectation on product performance and product received is slightly difference from picture shown (such as color tone difference due to camera lightning). It is a variable that we can't control. Honestly speaking, it is also a variable that you can't control even if you go to physical shop. With the lightning in the store, strategically placed item to guide your selection etc, all these hardworks is to make you hard to resist saying no to the item. Which in the end leads to compulsive shopping.

    A. Courier Tracking
    1. BUYER was given the responsibility to track his/her order after receiving the "Order Shipment Notice" from us via sms and the updated tracking number is in your LELONG purchase record. BUYER is responsible to notice us on undelivered parcel within 1-4 days after the date parcel is handed over to courier company. We will not be responsible on the consequences due to the late report by BUYER such as delayed/rejected claim by courier company.
    2. If the parcel is returned to us under any circumstances, BUYER will have to pay for another shipping and handling fees in order for us to resend the item.
    3. BUYER was to bear the risk of parcel lost / undelivered / damages caused by courier company.
    B. Warranty and Return Policy
     
    1. This policy is applicable to all products unless otherwise stated. Under any circumstances, BUYER is responsible to communicate with us and must seek our approval beforehand to avoid any unforseen misunderstanding and mistakes.
    2. Defective/Wrong product upon receiving the parcel is returnable within the guarantee period. This is not inclusive broken/damage product caused by courier company.
    3. Non-electronic product has 3 days guarantee period, unless otherwise stated. BUYER must report to us within 3 days from courier received time/date or otherwise, it will not be entertained.
    4. Electronic product has 7 days guarantee period, unless otherwise stated. BUYER must report to us within 7 days from courier received time/date or otherwise, it will not be entertained.
    5. Courier received time/date is based on the time/date stated in the courier trace system. It is refering to the time/day when you sign and received the parcel.
    6. BUYER must seek approval from us before shipped back the parcel. The return parcel must arrived at our office within 3 working days for Peninsular Malaysia customer and 5 working days for Sabah/Sarawak customer from the date of the approval confirmation email.
    7. Returned product must be in its original condition, original packaging material and has not been used or else BUYER is not entitled to claim for any refund or one-to-one product exchange.
    8. All related shipping and handling charges is fully borne by BUYER unless otherwise stated. BUYER is also responsible to arrange the shipment and provide us the tracking number.
    9. All returned product inclusive wrong product must passed our Qualitty Check (QC). If there is no issue with the product itself and instead is due to operational problem by BUYER (BUYER do not know how to operate/use the product), setting problem, damage caused by courier company or rough handling by BUYER, then BUYER is not entitled to refund/exchange the product.
    10. For wrong product, the product is then cross-checked with the BUYER's order and must match with our in-out inventory checklist.
    11. For returned product that has passed our QC and tested positive for factory defects, then we will replace it with new unit and shipped back to BUYER at our own cost.
    12. For corresponding product that is out-of-stock, BUYER can opt for refund or exchanged it with other similar product.
    13. Refund price is subjected to terms and conditions stated by NETPAY.
    14. Product exchange can only be carried out for product under guarantee and out-of-stock product after payment is made. BUYER is allowed to choose product with same price or product with higher price by topping up the difference. In the case of product with lower price, the price difference is not refundable. BUYER has to borne the shipping fee for the new product selected.
    15. Product without any warranty specification is automatically refering as "No Warranty" product.
    16. "Local Shop Warranty" is refering to warranty given by us.
    17. "Limited Manufacturer Warranty" is refering to the warranty by manufacturer. We are responsible to assist your claim and BUYER is to cover all the expenses incur during the process, which in this case refering to the shipping and handling charges.
     
    C. Order Cancellation and Refund Policy
    1. This policy is applicable after order or payment is made and before parcel is handed over to courier company by BUYER. Refund price is subjected to terms and conditions stated by NETPAY (for VISA/MASTERCARD). Refund price for payment made via online banking is carried manually by us.
    2. After parcel is handed over to courier, if parcel is return to us because BUYER's failure to collect the parcel, BUYER is still elligible to request for refund but will only received refund worth 80% of the product price or minimum RM15.00, whichever is higher.
    2. We have the rights to cancel any order with or without payment. For order with payment, we will fully refund the paid amount to you.
    3. Order without payment does not reserved the selected product on-behalf of BUYER. Any unpaid order is automatically invalid after 24 hours from the time order is made or the end of promotion period for the selected item, whichever comes early.
    4. In the case where there is multiple orders on the same product and the number of orders does not tally with number of stocks available, BUYER with earliest payment time will get their product first. While for other BUYERs, we will fully refund the paid amount.
    5. BUYER is responsible to assist us in the refund procedure. We are not responsible to any mishap due to BUYER's fault.
    5. Any deals between BUYER and us regarding the purchase, in the case of succesful business transaction, is also valid for the warranty and return policy. In this case, the communication between BUYER and us via sms/lelong pm is served as the proof of this business transaction.
     
    Important Notice:
    1. Purchased product is checked by us for defect before shipped out.
    2. Please communicate with us before jump into any conclusion and ended up with nothing or caught in unneccessary expenses.
    3. We reserve the rights for final decision making.
    4. We will not entertain any questions or enquiries that is not relevent in Q&A session.
    5. Please use a polite tone when sending us message and we reserves the rights not to entertain you.
    6. We are not responsible for item lost / undeliver / damage caused by the carrier company.
    7. The maximum compensate from courier service for Lost / Damage item during delivery is RM100. If your product value is higher than RM100 and wish to buy additional insurance cover, please contact us.
    8. BUYER are advice to immediately report to us and respective courier company upon receving the product in damage or product lost. Please take some pictures showing the damage on the parcel as evidence. Buyer is to assist the respective courier in order to smoothly and successfuly claim the insurance. We will cooperate with the courier company in the claim process as well.
