All orders will be ship within Malaysia by Pos Laju Malaysia with postage RM10 West Malaysia and RM13 East Malaysia.

We will make sure all the orders are passed with our QC check, and it will be packed safely before sending out.

Shipment will be arrange everyday except every Friday (Johor Holiday), First week of the Saturday on every month and Public Holidays.

All items are based on First come First Serve basis, we do not reserve for non-payment order.

Warranty and Return Policy

It will be repaired without any charges for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If the watch/ calculator required service within the warranty period, request repair of adjustment at the store where purchased or the authorized Casio watch/ calculator distributor stamped in the warranty certifcate, presenting the watch/ calculator together with the warranty certificate.

The customer shall not have any claim under this warranty for repair or adjustment expenses if:

• The trouble is caused by improper, rough or careless treatment.
• The trouble is caused by a fire or other natural calamity.
• The trouble is caused by improper repair or adjustment made by anyone other than the authorised Casio watch/calculator distributor or its retailers.
• The case, band, glass, or battery is damaged or worn.
• The warranty certificate is not presented when requesting sevice.
• The name and address of the authorised distributor or the retailer are not stamped in the warranty certificate.
• The date of purchase, model/ name and manufacturing number are not entered in the warraty certificate.
