Buyer must have responsible to track their item with Poslaju / Citylink/ Skynet courier, we will not hold any responsible if the parcel return back to us, BUYER have to pay another shipping charges in order to resend back the item.
Free gift is giving away on first comes first served basis. While stock last.
We reserved the right to change the gift without any further notification to the customers.
In case of miss out (although it is rarely happening), we will only replace the free gift on your next order only. You agree this when you placing order. TQ
Prior to any return, please email us first for approval, return address and return procedure.
1. We will not bear or responsible if item lost / no deliver / damage caused by the carrier company.
2. No warranty will be given for free gifts.
3. If items received in manufacturer defects within respective guarantee period, Customer must report within 7 days. Late report will not be entertained.
(the guarantee period days is calculated based from the date you sign and received the item on courier tracking system)
4. When stated "Local Shop Warranty", It is means warranty by us directly. We will do the warranty directly to customer.
5. Steps to warranty claim:
a) Please email us first for approval, return address and return procedure.
b) Buyer has to send it back to us within 3 working days after get approval by email. The return charges will be bear by Customer. Or customer may offer to direct come to our office to exchange.
c) After we received the manufacturer defect items, we will QC the product.
d) For warranty claim within guarantee period, if product tested no problem, but is due to customer don't know how to use, setting problem or rough handling by customer, then customer have to borne the return shipping to ship back that product.
e) For warranty claim within guarantee period, if product tested have problem, and then we will replace new unit and ship back at our cost.
f) For warranty claim after guarantee period, customer have to bear all shipping cost for warranty claim process (included customer return the item to us, and from our side ship back product to customer).
1. We offer 1 to 1 exchange if defective found / not satisfy / not suitable within 7 days from date you receive the product (Based on the Received Date from Courier Trace System).
2. Items must be working, new, original condition and base on our discretion.
3. The order shipping cost is not refundable or be exchange value.
4. Buyer has to send it back to us within 3 working days after get approval by email. The return charges will be bear by Customer. Or customer may offer to direct come to our office to exchange.
5. After we received the returned, we will QC the products.
6. If customer is entitled to do exchange, then we will let customer know by email, and customer may choose others products with same or higher price by topping. In case customer choose lower price items, no refund for the discrepancy price.
7. Customer need to borne the new exchange products shipping cost.
8. Example, your total order amount is RM45 (item price RM35, shipping cost RM10), the exchange scenario is:
a) New exchange items price + shipping = RM35
b) New exchange items price + shipping = RM42, then you need to top up RM7
c) New exchange items price + shipping = RM33, no refund of the discrepancy RM2

7. Our ultimate goal is to retain a highest positive feedback rating as we could.
All warranty duration shall base on original invoice date ONLY.
During warranty period, if the problem is determined as hardware failure, ONE STOP SECURITY may repair or exchange the defective product in its sole discretion. In the event that the product is END OF LIFE (EOL), ONE STOP SECURITY shall replace it with a similar function product.
THE ONE STOP SECURITY RMA (RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORISATION) IS VALID ONLY FOR THE NON-CONFORMING OF ONE STOP SECURITY PRODUCT WHICH UNDER WARRANTY. You agree not to submit any products except in conjunction with a justified warranty claim. For example:
All defective products within the warranty period are subjected to RMA POLICY. Please follow our RMA procedure for warranty request. ONE STOP SECURITY shall not offer advance replacement or cross shipment replacement. ONE STOP SECURITY shall replace or repair products and ship back to the customer within 7 business days’ subject to our RMA policy and product availability.
ONE STOP SECURITY reserves the right to return NON TROUBLE FOUND products to their owner and may charge for associated postage costs. If you send us, through this RMA process, any products that are not covered by justified warranty claims, we may retain these products. ONE STOP SECURITY reserves its right to exercise all its legal rights in connection with fraudulent returns. ONE STOP SECURITY reserves its right to modify this Limited Warranty and RMA Service Policy as necessary without prior written notice at any time.
1. ALL RMA item shall ship to:

2. It is compulsory to notice your warranty return and detail in our RMA Department. Submit by using email or whatsapp about the product problem to ONE STOP SECURITY on the spot. After approved the warranty there will a message send by email. User need to print out a hardcopy and send together with warranty product.
3. ONE STOP SECURITY ’s RMA department will contact you when we received your product return. Reference number eg:MX0xxxx will provided to you.
4. It is compulsory to return RMA product(s) together with the followings:
· A completed RMA product picture (please mention the problem face clearly)
· Proof of purchase (a clear copy of the original invoice)
· No Accessories (Manual, drivers, cables, etc.) except for pre-authorized Credit or DOA
5. Unless covered under contractual agreements, the following applies to all consumer customer returns:
· You have to pay postage costs for all shipments from you to ONE STOP SECURITY.
· Send your product to ONE STOP SECURITY using the carrier of your choice. Please use a method with ability to trace your shipment. ONE STOP SECURITY is not responsible for shipments which the carrier cannot provide proof of delivery. (Collect shipments will not be accepted)
· If your product still under warranty, ONE STOP SECURITY will pay the postage of repaired/replacement products from ONE STOP SECURITY to you. Otherwise, you need to pay all applicable duties and customs charges for shipments to and from ONE STOP SECURITY.
· ONE STOP SECURITY is not responsible for loss or damage during transit. We suggest that you purchase insurance to cover your shipment.
· NO-PAY-ON-DELIVERY SHIPMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED without prior authorization from ONE STOP SECURITY. Shipment arriving at ONE STOP SECURITY with charges due are subject to being returned (unrepaired) with all charges, including return expenses, due and payable by the originator.
· You are responsible for saving or backing up date which contained in any product returned to ONE STOP SECURITY. ONE STOP SECURITY WILL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUCH DATA AND WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF ANY DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF SUCH DATA WHILE THE PRODUCT IS IN ONE STOP SECURITY ’S POSSESSION. Proof of purchase (a clear copy of the original invoice)
6. Replacement or product will proceed when the product is END OF LIFE (EOL). Replacement Product Notice:
· Your original product will NOT be returned to you
· Replacement products may be factory-repaired units
· All data and software will be lost
· Replacement products arrive low-level formatted
· Replacement will carry: original warranty balance or 90 days (will stated in service report clearly)
