1. We will ship out your item within 3 business days upon receipt of your payment, subjected to stock availability. In case the items required are out of stock, our customer support team will contact you for further clarification.
2. A shipment tracking reference will be updated on Lelong after items are being posted out. Buyers are responsible to follow up with respective courier company after the parcel being shipped.
3. In case any parcel is returned to us, the buyer has to bear the postage charge by sending back the parcel.
4. We are not responsible for any damaged, lost or delayed caused by the courier company.
5. We will use either Skynet or Pos Laju as our standard delivery courier.
6. Delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days for West Malaysia and 4 to 9 business days for East Malaysia.
