Delivery and Shipping

We provide delivery to homes and offices but not to P.O. Box address. Free delivery is provided within Penisular Malaysia ONLY. As for delivery to East Malaysia addresses, delivery fees is chargable by total weight.

We appointed GD Express as our delivery services partner. Please track your shipment by GD Express.

However, Wonderful Water may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the Terms and Conditions above.

Product Warranty Policy

Conditions of Product Warranty Policy

(1) We will provide warranty from date of purchase resulting from manufacturing defects. Regarding the product warranty period, please refer to product description respectively.

(2) We undertake to repair or replace any defective part at our own cost during the warranty period. However, we will charge for replacement parts and delivery fees if the warranty period has expired or is invalidated due to alteration and defacement.

(3) Failure to present product warranty card, official receipt shall be presented to obtain warranty claim.

(4) This warranty automatically becomes null and void if Wonderful Water sticker missing, products have been tampered with undergone, unauthorized repairs by third parties, improper installation, alterations or modification to the product.

(5) The warranty DOES NOT COVER the following defects:

a) Repair carried out by unauthorized personnel

b) Parts missing or have been replaced by non original, imitation or recycled parts that are not authorized.

c) Damage or defect caused by incorrect use, maintenance and storage, misuse, misapplication and negligence.

d) Damage caused by accident, fire, flood, act of god.

Cautions for Water Dispenser: WITHOUT water supply, customer MUST SWITCH OFF the water dispenser. Heater, Cooling Compressor and parts will NOT under VALID warranty if customer NEGLECT to do so. All parts is CHARGEABLE and all expenses shall be borne by customer.

Return and Refund Policy

Customers are advised to read and understand our Return/Exchange/Refund Policy before buying.

If customers do not agree with our stated Return/Exhange/Refund Policy, customers are advised to refrain from buying to avoid any foreseeable conflict.

Return/Exchange Policy

As to ensure our customer satisfaction on our services, if there’s unforeseen circumstances may occurred during the delivery processes, you may return/exchange the items within 7 business days in the following cases:

• You received a damage item from the courier
• There is an error in the item you received based on your order placed
• The items must be in as a new condition and returned as in the original, undamaged packaging with the accessories (includes the product warranty card) and free gifts received with it, if any.
• The product must not have been installed or used

We guarantee all items are original and we check every details of the item before we send it out.

The shipping fees for the return item above will be fully borned by Wonderful Water.

All returned items will be fully inspected and the decision to accept or reject any return/exchange item is final.

If your return is valid, we will exchange/replace you same model and re-sent you as soon as possible.

If your return is not valid, we will notify you and send the item back to you.

** Return/Exchange will not be accepted other than those stated above.

2. In the email, please provide us the following information:

(a) Your full name and address.

(b) Order number and the date the items was received.

(c) The reason why you would like return/exchange your items.
