- When stated "Local Shop Warranty", It is means warranty by us directly. We will do the warranty directly to customer.
- When stated "Limited Manufacturer Warranty", It is means warranty by manufacturer. We will help buyer to claim the warranty but any shipping cost incurs will be bear by buyer.
- Steps to warranty claim for manufacturer defects:
a) Please email us at email@example.com first for approval, return address and return procedure.
b) Buyer has to send it back to us within 3 working days after get approval by email. The return charges will be bear by Customer. Or customer may offer to direct come to our office to exchange.
c) After we received the manufacturer defect items, we will QC the product.
d) For warranty claim within guarantee period, if product tested no problem, but is due to customer don't know how to use, setting problem or rough handling by customer, then customer have to borne the return shipping to ship back that product.
e) For warranty claim within guarantee period, if product tested have problem, and then we will replace new unit and ship back at our cost.
f) For warranty claim after guarantee period, customer have to bear all shipping cost for warranty claim process (included customer return the item to us, and from our side ship back product to customer).
Return and Refund Policy
- Customer is allowed to return and refund within 7 days from date you received the product (Based on the Received Date from Courier Trace System).
- Items must be working, new, original condition and base on our discretion.
- The order shipping cost is not refundable.
- 10% restocking fee will be assessed for return to refund in terms of money.
- Buyer has to send it back to us within 3 working days after get approval by email. The return charges will be bear by Customer. Or customer may offer to direct return at our office.
- Example, your total order amount is RM45 (item price RM35, shipping cost RM10), we will only refund you RM35-10% = RM31.50

Insurance / Covering for Item Lost / Damage:
We will not bear or responsible if item lost / undelivered / damage caused by the carrier company.
Please note that maximum compensate from courier service for Lost / Damage item during delivery is RM100. If your item value is higher than RM100, we suggest buyer to contact us for additional Insurance cover. Otherwise, we will not able to full cover you.
Buyer should immediately report to us and respective courier company during receiving in damage. At the same time report to respective courier and taking some picture as evidence. Buyer need to follow any request require by respective courier in order to get successful claim. We will cooperate with the courier in the claim process as well.
