1) We only accept returns or exchanges (Eg. the product sent is damaged or defective) within 10 days from the date you received your order. We cannot guarantee we will able to accept any returns or exchanges beyond that time frame.
2) Shipping becomes the responsibility of the customer AFTER 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
3) Shipping becomes the responsibility of the customer for any Non-seller mistakes. (Eg. Change in mind, not suitable in any case)
4) ALL return items must be in good condition and with original box.

7) IMPORTANT! We encourage customer to check for damage done by courier service on the spot when parcel arrived and to REJECT delivery if any damage found. Please take picture of the damage as proof and inform us the soonest.
8) IMPORTANT! Any damage by courier service must be reported within 24 hours from the time of receiving the parcel.
