What courier service do you use? Our logistics partners are CitylinkandGDEX, which are fast and reliable.
How many days is the delivery? Peninsular Malaysia (1-3 working days), East Malaysia (2-5 working days).
What is the tracking number? Tracking number is updated daily before 5pm. (Please allow up to 24 hours for courier service system to update).
Where do I check the tracking number? No worries, we will constantly update and SMS you the status of the tracking number.
I can’t track my number? Although we’re not affiliated with courier companies, we try our best to provide the best details possible for our customers. We would also double check your courier code everyday to avoid any incident.

How are the products packed? All our products are hand packed with protective materials to ensure no damages during shipping.
