We provide Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia only .
** Delivery Timeline **
Once you have made payment , we will usually delivery within the next 1-3 business days within Peninsular Malaysia and up to 2-4business days for East Malaysia after payment is confirmed.
All delivery will be done during normal business days (Monday – Friday).No delivery on Saturday , Sunday and Malaysia ‘s Holidays. All orders with confirmed payment which come in after 12.00pm noon(Local Time) shall not be calculated as one (1) working day.
ã€Returns & Exchange Policeã€‘
When you buy from us, we want to make you completely satisfied. At Little Pink & Blue , our delivery procedures are to check all items before shipping out to our customer to ensure that all items are in order and good condition.
Before returning , please take time to read our Return & Exchange Policy Guidelines carefully. We accept returned items for product with manufacturer’s defect. All returns & exchange must be notified to us via email Cozyliving.firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after receiving the products.
The following Returns & Exchange Policy Guidelines apply:
- To be sent back to Cozy Living in their unused condition , original packaging, all parts intact and in a re-sellable condition.
- Exchange cannot be accepted on worn , soiled, stained , dirty or washed merchandise.
- On Sales or Special Deals items, they are final sales and will not be eligible for Returns & Exchange.
- You will be responsible for shipping costs of returned items. Delivery fee for the replacement items is to be borne by customers unless items are incorrect goods received, have major damage or are defective, Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable.
- In this email , kindly provide us:
- Your full name and address.
- Order number and the date which the order was received.
- The reason why you would like to returns your items
Once we receive your returns & exchange request email, we will reply to you within 48 hours. Once you receive our email , you may proceed to ship back the return & exchange product to us within 7days from the Product Return Acceptance email’s date. Kindly notify us via email the shipment company name & tracking ID. Cozy Living will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
Cozy Living reserve the right to refuse any product of Returns & Exchange if it does not meet the above criteria.
