1. Warranty is follow the Product Page and Warranty Card.
2. We will provide the Warranty Card (if the Product is Cover by Warranty) and Buyer must Keep it Yourself and Need to Show it when the Product is Claim the Warranty.
3. Mostly Branded Appliances like Philips, Milux, Khind, Panasonic, Pensonic and etc.. have their own service centre over the country, you just bring the warranty card and the product to your nearest service centre to claim your service, if the brand didn't have service centre near you, you can send it back the product to us and we will send to service centre by our own, "but the POSTAGE FEES have to pay by buyer" .
4. About Return Policy, Goods sold are NOT refundable or returnable, We only Accept the Return or Exchange is our wrongly send items
