4. For lelong member you can easy to view your Invoice online. To view and print your invoice, please click on order case number, and you will find it in there. For non lelong members we will send you an invoice via email, kindly provide us your email address.
5. Please keep your Invoice for warranty purpose.

PAYMENT GUIDELINES

• For CREDIT CARD BUYER, there is a charge of 3% for every transaction of NetPay.

• For CASH BUYER, We suggest you to make direct funds transfer to our maybank account with (0%) for no charged instead of Netpay (2.5%). Important Noted: We are not to take any responsibility for full amount refunds, if buyer used Internet Banking throught NetPay.

Option 1 : Manual proceed with internet banking to direct funds transfer to our Maybank Account as details shown below and please notify us by uploading your payment slip to your order on lelong, shipment will be proceed once your payment has been verified.

Deliver by DAMACCOM

1. Only for local town delivery (KL / PJ).
2. Charges minimum RM20 and maximum RM100 (Round Trip)
3. Combine delivery allowed , the charges will be same as normal BUT NOT BULK PURCHASER (Example : 10 Units Desktop Set and we will arrange Van/Lorry.
4. Payment that received before 12PM will deliver out goods on the same day (Please Ask).
5. Payment that received after 12PM will deliver out goods on next working day.

Poslaju National Courier

1. Payment that received before 12PM ,Goods will post out on the same day, payment after 12PM ,Goods will post out on next business working day
2. Mostly take 1 working day for local town delivery 2-3 working days for within peninsular malaysia
3. For within Sabah Sarawak please ask for pricing and quotation (Price May Be Different)

Others Courier
Please request for others courier such as FeDEX ,UPS ,DHL ,GDex ,TNT ,Kangaroo ,SkyNet ,ABX Express ,CityLink ,NationWide Express Airpak Express if you needed

We will not be held responsible for any items lost/damaged during transit.Unless buyer that side request add-on insurance for damaging/lost.

Terms Conditions

1. All items sold are non-refundable or returnable.

2. Deposit that you made for the comfirmation goods reserve are not refundable

3. We do not take any responsible under goods missing/damaged by Courier Services, but buyer have the right to claim back from courier services companies.

4. All goods from Damaccom ship out are brand new with seal tag.

5. We do not deal with walk-in customer unless you made an order from our store and place a minimum deposit of RM30 - RM50 depend of the goods pricing for your comfirmation order.

6. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged.

7. All IT field products price change without prior notice.

Warranty and Return Policy

1. Receipt/Invoice may need for warranty purpose.Please print out after you purchased goods from us or request for your receipt from us.

2. All goods comes with base warranty , Please check product line website for information

3. Certain product comes with 2 or 3 even 5 years based warranty ,Please do make sure that you don't spend any unnecessary.

4. Return Material Authorization (RMA)
   Upon request Damaccom will issue an RMA number to customers. This number must be quoted on all correspondence and clearly indicated on all packaging. Return authorizations will be canceled after 30 calendar days if product has not been received at Damaccom.

5. Customers are responsible for all arrangements to ship product back to Damaccom for repair and are responsible for all costs including brokerage, customs, special handling fees, etc.
