We are using POSLAJU as our courier service. Delivery time frame will be as POSLAJU standard delivery time frame.

Peninsular Malaysia:1-3 business days, Sabah/Sarawak/Labuan: 1-5 business days.

Our location is at Johor and we are following the Post Office Johor business day.

Sunday to Thursday : Business day

Friday/Saturday/Public Holiday : Non-business day

In most cases, payment confirmation before 11am will be delivered on the same day(business day) or latest the next business day. We cannot guarantee this but make every efforts to do so.

No shipping arrangement on Friday, Saturday and Public Holidays and store owner’s leave. Order will be sent out on the next business days.

Before ship out, the item are subjected to the thorough examination to avoid any flaw or scratch and guarantee the excellent performance in order to increase customer satisfaction.

Combine Shipping

We do offer combine shipping if buyer purchase multiple items from us and the shipping fee is based on the actual weight.

The easiest way to estimate the shipping fee is to add all the items into shipping cart and the system will automatically calculate the shipping fee based on your shipping address and total product weight.

Peninsular Malaysia : RM6 for first 0.5kg, additional RM2 for every subsequent 0.5kg

Sabah/Sarawak/Labuan: RM9 for first 0.5kg, additional RM5 for every subsequent 0.5kg

Tracking

Customers can track their parcel on the official website (http://www.poslaju.com.my/track-trace) using the tracking number provided.

Customer will receive the tracking number from us (through email) once the parcel is shipped out.

If you do not receive your parcel within the expected time (after 7 working days), please inform us via private message or email to ea_ac@yahoo.com

If there is defect on the item (fulfill with Return Policy) that you received or we send you the wrong item, please kindly contact us (email to ea_ac@yahoo.com) within 3 days before delivering back to us with the original packaging.

Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, customer will receive their refund or replacement within 7 business days after the confirmation.

Return Policy

You can request for return within 3 days upon parcel receipt date.

Return request can be made EXCEPT following cases:

· Due to change of customer mind

· Product boxes/packaging dented or damaged during courier delivery

· Product is used and destroyed or damaged

· Product is dismantled and product value is damaged

· Any component on the product is lost at customer side.

· Damage due to not following instructions included in product

All items will be checked (except Sealed Product) before send out.

If the delivered parcel received is broken or damage in anyway, please do not accept.
Please take note that we will not responsible for the damage that caused by courier service company.

Items sold are NOT refundable /returnable or exchangeable except it has fulfill our Return Policy.
