Our humble factory is located at the industrial area of Puchong Selangor, Malaysia. We started off as a small sized fan manufacturing company back then, and now we have our own plastic injection and metal processing factory to sustain our massive daily production volume. Hence with most of the production process under control, we will be able to manage the quality and our production cost. All thanks to the support from our business partner and most importantly our loyal customer. With this, we will be able to provide a on-stop solution service provider to our international clients and business partner.
Our company practices 5S methodology for our workplace to ensure that we could maximize our production efficiency, and our product quality could be maintained at the highest quality at all time.
All of our products in the market are tested with the stringent requirements, and only recognized by prestigious testing parties in the industry such as SIRIM, TUV SUD, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, IEC etc. This is to ensure that only products with quality are available in the market. Hence, our customer could feel at ease using our products.

For warranty issue
• Please call us at 603-8068 2628/ 8068 1628 and our support will assist you.
For return issue
• You can request for cancellation after completing payment. If the product has not yet been dispatched and the cancellation request is approved then you can receive refund.
If the seller has already dispatched product then no cancellation request can be made.
• If the item is faulty upon receiving it from the delivery service, you can send in request for return. If seller approves your request, buyers can proceed with the return to seller and payment will be refunded or will arrange for replacement.
• The return grace period is 2 calendar days, which begins on the date you receive the item. This period is subject to restrictions and exclusions. 2 calendar days is measured from the date you receive the item to the post stamp date of your return parcel. Proof of purchase (order number and tax invoice at the minimum) must be provided.
