Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Although you order at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

All sales are final.  We accept returns for refund or exchange only for items damaged upon receipt.

Defective products are accepted for exchange within 7days from the date of purchase.

No returns are accepted unless prior written agreement by Synacorp upon purchase of the products.
