Delivery of Goods
We can deliver to addresses within the Malaysia while deliveries to other area there may be an additional delivery charge and slightly longer delivery lead time. We will advise if there are any additional carriage charges to your order once it has been received by us for processing. In these circumstances, you will not be bound to continue with your purchase, and will be asked to email us to confirm that you wish to proceed.
Goods can be delivered either to most Malaysia business or home addresses with a valid postcode.
Your order will be delivered either by Pos Malayasia, DHL, City Link, or our own transport or by Courier. A signature is required for all Recorded Delivery, own transport and Courier deliveries.
If your order contains more than one product the individual products may, on occasions, be sent on multiple dispatches.
Where a product is available to purchase online, postage and/or carriage and packaging is charged on a flat rate system.
Normally, when you add products to your shopping cart the appropriate carriage packing charge will be added automatically. However, in certain circumstances due to size, and/or weight, and/or delivery location additional carriage charges may apply over and above those stated on our website. Some products may incur specific carriage packing charges, or be priced inclusive of carriage - these are normally identified on individual product pages.
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or Public Holidays). In case of Public Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.
From the receipt of your order we will endeavour to deliver your chosen items to you within 7 working days providing the goods are in stock, unless a longer delivery time is shown on the product information page.
Deliveries to non-city or remote locations may take longer.
Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery. Delivery is deemed to have taken place once a signature has been received accepting such delivery.
Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the Courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.G2Ushall have no liability whatsoever for any damages or losses arising directly or indirectly as a result of failed delivery.

Terms and Conditions
By placing an order, customers are to agree with the prices, product description, colours and all the details stated in the product page.
After customer confirmed an order via this website, the items are reserved for the next 48 hours. If payment is not made within 48 hours order will be automatically cancelled.
For out of stock item, customer may enquire seller regarding the lead time before making a payment. Once payment is done, it is not refundable and order cannot be cancelled.
For out of stock item, if customer have already placed an order but do not wish to wait (maybe lead time is a bit longer), we will deduct that particular amount from the order. Customer only need to pay for what they purchased.
All SALE items are final.

Items can ONLY be exchanged for a same item (if it is a faulty good) or store credit (other reasons) ONLY if it isreturned in original condition and packaging.
Requestfor returns and exchanged must be madewithin 7 daysafter delivery date (applies throughout Malaysia).
Product(s) must be returned andreachedto us within14 daysafter the initial delivery date.
Customer will first pay for the return shipping cost and we will offer you a free delivery for the goods returned to you/next purchase.
If parcel is lost during the return process, we will not be responsible for it and therefore we suggest customer to use a safer, traceable, insured shipping agent.
After parcel has been returned successfully, we will credit your account with the equivalent store credit.
Exchanges can only be done once. Store credit is also can be used once and the following purchase via store credit is not applicable to apply for return and exchange again.
Any return that does not meet the above reqruiements will not be accepted.
Promotion or Sale items are not eligible for refund/exchange/return.
