Questions & Answers Ask Seller
pls email your payment confirmation slip to "email@example.com" upon payment done in order to proceed for your order delivery after payment verification confirmed.
Product will be delivered via POS Laju upon payment received and varified.
You should expect to receive your goods within 1 -3 working days from receipts of payment (Not Including Special/Public Holidays)
Return, Refund and/or Exchange are according to individual Brand / Product own policy.
Return, Refund and/or Exchange Policy:-
(1) QuickBooks Online Plus:
Sign-up are for 12 months period upon payment confirmed. No Return, Refund and Exchange for early termination request.
(2) MYOB Products:
No Return, Refund and Exchange upon Order and Payment confirmed.
(3) Baby Products:
Every dispatched item is checked and packaged with the utmost care. However we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit. Should an item be faulty, we urge the purchaser to contact us promptly via phone or email within 48 hours of receipt. Faulty items must be returned within 5 Days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact. The shipping charges for returning the product to us for exchange request will be your responsibility.
Out of Stock
All orders are subject to availability, refund will be given if the product is out of stock or discontinued.
For the item that is out of stock, customer can either
(a) Request for refund (exclude shipping fee) OR
(b) Choose an alternative item with same value.
We will contact you if the item you ordered is out of stock. Refund will take around 1 – 5 days to process. Customer will need to provide us their banking account number if such circumstance happened.
Exchange and Return Guidelines
All Items SOLD are not refundable. But we provide exchange and return service with terms as follows:-
- Wrong Merchandise Shipped
- Size issue (Please allow 0.5 '- 2'' of difference in our measurements. In such cases, this variance will not be considered as a defect and is not liable for exchange)
- Defective goods (Defects include holes, faulty stitching and discoloration.) Loose threads and removable stains will not be considered as defects.
- Items of slight color differences due to photo-taking being subjected to different lightings will not be considered as defect too.)
All Items must remain unworn and unwashed, attached with label tag. We do not allow exchange once label tag has been removed, or the items are not in its original, re-sellable conditions.
Full refund will only be given if the exchange item is out of stock
There will be no refund due to the below circumstances:
- Customer gives an undelivered address and contact number.
- Parcel is returned due to not collected by customer.
We reserve the right for the final decision making.
(5) POS System and Hardware:
Software (No Return, Refund and Exchange) - Free trail for 2 weeks, satisfy then only pay.
Hardware (No Return, Refund and Exchange) - Customer can buy thier own Hardware. And if Hardware sold by us, following hardware vendor's warranty guidline.
