ACER SUPERCARE PROFESSIONAL WARRANTY PACK
The Acer Supercare Professional Extended Warranty Program is an upgrade of warranty
service for Acer’s device(s). The turnaround time for the Acer Supercare Professional
Warranty Pack is 24 (twenty four) hours. In addition customer can choose to retain the faulty
hard drive whenever there is hard disk drive warranty matter.
The Acer Supercare Professional Warranty Pack is suitable for anyone who:
needs quick turnaround (high availability) in the event of faulty devices,
needs to preserve data confidentiality, without handing over their hard disc drive to
3rd party / outsider.
PART I GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
a) This Acer Supercare Professional extended warranty program ( “Acer Supercare
Pro”) is provided to end-user purchaser (“Customer”) of a Acer-branded laptops,
desktops, projectors, tablets and Predator-branded laptops & desktops as per
clause 1.2(III) below that Acer Sales & Services Sdn. Bhd (“Acer Malaysia”) sells in
Malaysia (the “Products”).
b) Highpoint Service Network Sdn Bhd (“Highpoint”) is Acer authorized service
provider for Malaysia (hereinafter shall be referred to respectively as “Service
a) Acer Supercare Pro is valid only for Products distributed by Acer Malaysia and its
authorized resellers in Malaysia.
b) Acer Supercare Pro is only available for citizens or permanent residents of Malaysia
and companies incorporated in Malaysia.
c) Acer Supercare Pro is only valid for the following Products:
i. Aspire S;
v. Travelmate; and/or
d) Warranty commences from the purchase date of the Products. Official receipt /
proof of purchase may be requested to be presented for repairs.
e) Acer Supercare Pro must be activated within 90 (ninety) days from the purchase
date of the Products.
f) To purchase Acer Supercare Pro after 90 (ninety) days, customer must first send
the Products to Service Provider for an assessment at a fee of RM80.00 (Ringgit
g) Acer Supercare Pro is non-renewable and is only valid for the period as the Product
Netstore will absorb all fees when customer purchase from our store.
