1. We are using PosLaju OR Airpak courier service for our parcel shipping and the charges are listed as below :
Please make sure yourname, shipping address and contact number is correct. Please note PosLaju service does not ship to PO box address.
2. Delivery charges may vary depending on the products and weights. Some large volume / heavy weight item will have additional shipping charge to Sabah / Sarawak.
3. For inter-bank or GIRO payment, the order will only be delivered within 1-2 working days once the transaction of payment is complete.
4. All shipment will be carefully packed to avoid damage during the transit. We are not responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.
5. We will inform customer courier tracking number via Lelong Update Shipping Details or buyer’s email address once an order is shipped. You can enter the tracking number in PosLaju and click Online Shipment Tracking System to check your delivery status.
Note: Some Poslaju tracking links always shown NO RECORD FOUND, please check again your delivery status after 24 hours the parcel has been shipped out.
6. Please contact us if you did not receive your parcel within 4 working days after shipped. We will not responsible for parcel unclaimed after a month from the shipped date.

2. Warranty will cover for manufacturing defect only.
3. This warranty does not apply:
(a) to consumable parts, such as batteries , chips , touch screens or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time.
(b) to cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports.
(c) to damage caused by use with another product.
(d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external
(e) to damage caused by service(including upgrades and repairs) performed by an unauthorized person.
(g) to defects caused by normal wear and tear of regular usage.
(i) if any serial number / QC / Mark sticker have been removed or defaced from the products.
(j) to unstable electric power causing damage to the products.
4. Return Policy:
You may want to return your order due to any of the following reasons:
The product does not function as described in its manufacturer specification
Not the product the customer ordered (e.g. wrong color)
The product does not match website specifications, description, or image (this issue is attributable to a website error/misinformation)
Please return the item within 7 days from the date you received it BUT item returned must be :
1) Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2) Item must be in original packaging.
3) All seals items must not be opened.
We DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, IF:
1) Product is returned after 7 days upon receipt.
2) Product has been used or opened from its original packaging.
3) Product is damaged or some parts are missing.
4) Any free gift products OR non-returnable product.
