We use DHL, Aramex, SingPost, Pos Malaysia EMS and Poslaju based on the delivery country and subject to availability.
All deliveries will have a tracking number and it will be updated in Ebay once picked up by the courier service provider.
For Expedited Deliveries, it usually takes between 2-5 days excluding customs delays if any.

WARRANTY & RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. You can opt for a replacement, exchange or refund.
Please contact us via Ebay messaging for return shipments. We will provide a reference number, address, contact number and also a customs form to ensure it is not taxed on the way back here.
Warranty claims for defects can be done provided the product is within the warranty period.
For returns, please ensure that the product is as in good a condition as when we sent it. If we find the condition of the returned product unacceptable, we will either charge you a restocking fee or return the product to you at your expense.

Handling time is 3 days from the date payment is made, unless otherwise specified. We'll ship it out sooner if the pipeline is not full.
Once item is shipped out, we will update lelong with your shipment information. Tracking numbers will be provided, however, do take note that tracking for some countries may be unavailable or slow. For delayed shipments, kindly inform us. We also recommend calling up the respective service providers to get a status update as it is quite often the fastest solution when you deal direct with the service providers.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Transit time is based on standards provided by the postal and courier companies. At 12V, we do our best to ship your orders as soon as we can but we are not responsible for any delays caused while the delivery is in transit (customs delay and such).
Delivery time estimates are always based on business days. So 10 business days would be 14 days. 5 business days would mean 7 days. But please remember, these are only estimates as services vary between countries and service providers.
If an item arrives damaged, please inform us immediately and provide us with as many photos of the packaging and products as it will help us make a case with the service providers.

We do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD) services. You can choose to pick up your order at our warehouse but please note that all orders must be made and paid online before you drop by our warehouse. Warehouse pick-up hours is Mondays to Fridays 9am to 5pm, excluding Public Holidays and Weekends. We will inform you once item is ready for pick-up.

International destinations - flat rate delivery is charged per item. For combined purchases, kindly contact us and we'll sort it out for you. We use EMS or Expedited Economy shipments.
