    2. Handling time is 3 days from the date payment is made, unless otherwise specified. We'll ship it out sooner if the pipeline is not full.

    5. Transit time is based on standards provided by the postal and courier companies. At 12V, we do our best to ship your orders as soon as we can but we are not responsible for any delays caused while the delivery is in transit (customs delay and such).
    6. Delivery time estimates are always based on business days. So 10 business days would be 14 days. 5 business days would mean 7 days. But please remember, these are only estimates as services vary between countries and service providers.

    Warranty Returns


    If an item is damaged upon arrival, kindly take as many photos as you can of the damaged package and its contents so that we can lodge a complaint to our service provider. At the same time, we will send you a replacement unit.

    If upon receiving the goods, and you find a defect, kindly get in touch with us. We will arrange for the item to be sent back to us and send you a replacement.

    Most of our products are listed as No warranties due to the cost involved for buyers to return the item. However, for buyers who are willing to pay for the shipment of the items, we will accept it for servicing and repairs. Warranty period is based on per item basis. Warranty is provided by manufacturer and items must be sent back to Naluri Semesta Sdn. Bhd. at the following address together with proof of purchase:
