- All orders will be shipped within 2-4 working days (Monday to Friday) after payment notification received.
- All shipments will be processed from Monday - Friday (we avoid shipping on weekends and Public Holidays to avoid late/lost shipment).
- We will update your order status to "SHIPPED" once goods are sent out. We will provide your tracking number to you via email
- All product prices published in our website EXCLUDE SHIPPING CHARGES.
- From the date of payment received, your goods will reach you in 3-4 working days (within Peninsular Malaysia and for East Malaysia).
- Shipping cost commensurate on weight of goods. If you will like to know how much the shipping cost for your order, please add items to cart and select Checkout. During checkout procedure, there will be a list of shipping modes for you to select with the exact amount of shipping cost incurred.
- Please select the correct shipping mode according to your location in order to get the correct rate. If you don't agree with the shipping cost or accidently selected the wrong shipping modes during checkout, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp 012-4965156 so that we can do the necessary amendment for you.
- As a general guidelines, below are the shipping costs. If your location is outskirt of daily delivery routes, it will takes longer to reach you.

Q : The real product is it exactly same with the picture?
A : Photo and information provided as reference, and all will prevail in kind. Different monitors display colors differently, and everyone’s definition of color is vary, thus we cannot guarantee what you see in the picture is exactly same as the color of the actual product, but it sure will be the base color. Picture Featured Is Only For illustration Purposes, please base on the actual product received.
Q : How to deal with size fit problems?
A : Some items we had already clearly stated the measurement in our lelong listing, before you consider to buy, please confirm the measurement stated that are suitable or not. All the measurement might have a difference of 0.5-2.0cm vary to the real item. For more information, you may seek our advice.
Q : Return request matter?
A : We will not entertain any return parcel without our prior notice or awareness. Make sure that the returned goods are unused, cleaned and retain the original packaging. Any use, scratched, damaged items are not acceptable for returns. (Please ensure the return items with the merchandise tag and with original packaging if have, if the returned goods have been damaged in any way, we will not accept for replacement.)
1. If the delivered parcel received is broken or damage in anyway, please do not accept. Please note that we will not responsible for the damage cause by courier service.

3. All GOODS SOLD IS NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE OR REFUNDABLE. Any customer personal feeling or subjective reason is not allow for exchange or refund. When you receive your order of goods if there is defect/damage item (obviously the hole, wrong items etc), kindly contact us within three days receipt of parcel.
