We are using PosLaju and City-Link, for our parcel shipping. Please make sure your name, shipping address and contact number/s are correct. Please be noted that PosLaju service do not ship to PO box address. All orders will be sent out during weekday except public holiday.
We will ship out on the SAME BUSINESS DAY if payment are received or cleared before afternoon (12PM). Poslaju or City-Link Express Courier normally take 1-3 BUSINESS DAY to make delivery to the address. Delivery to Sabah and Sarawak may take up to 3-5 BUSINESS DAY. (Business days are not included Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays)
For inter-bank or GIRO payment, the order will only be delivered once the transaction of payment is complete which usually takes about 3 to 4 BUSINESS DAY.
We will update courier tracking number via Lelong Update Shipping Details once an order is shipped. You can click on the provided link of online shipment tracking system below to check your delivery status.
It is our main responsibility to make sure only the correct or flawless item/s to be delivered to you, yet we are not entitled to be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcel due to the misconduct of delivering company. Should you have encountered such an unfortunate incident, please be reminded that you may claim the compensation from the censurable delivery company.
Or if we mistakenly sent you the wrong or flawed (crafting defect) item/s to you, please do email us immediately upon the receiving of parcel (within THREE BUSINESS DAY) for exchange request in addition of details such as NAME, CONTACT NUMBER/S, and PARCEL RECEIPT NUMBER. Once we have received the returned item/s, we will contact you as soon as possible (within THREE BUSINESS DAY) to discuss whether it will be a refund in money or an exchange another item. For the option of exchanging of another item, it depends on the stock availability.
Please be noted that the shipping costs of returning parcel is deemed to be paid by the customer side, while the shipping costs of new delivered parcel is on our side. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
