HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO PAY FOR YOUR ORDER?
For Walk In Customer - You may use any of the following options.

B ) Electronic Transfer (through internet banking via Maybank or other Bank) For all payment received before 12pm Malaysian time during business days (weekends and public holidays not included), stock will be posted via courier service on the same day.
1.Please check your personal details especially your physical address (our door to door courier service does not deliver to private postal box numbers).
2.Please ensure that you do type in your mailing address accurately otherwise we will have no way of mailing you.

1 ) Where do you deliver to ?
All products all delivered to the whole state of Malaysia. International Buyer or Wholesaler are welcome to contact us for more details.
2) Do I need to present at the time of delivery ?
YES ! You or your representative must be available to sign the acknowledgement of receipt. We strongly recommend you to inspect the phone. Please do not accept it if the package appears to be damage. Please notify us within 24 hours if we have delivered the wrong model and the phone appears to be damage. We will not liable for any claim after the given 24 hours.
3 ) Who should i contact if i do not received the parcel after the estimation time ?

4) How if there is out of stock of the products that i have ordered and paid?
We will contact you whether to substitue with another model or we will provide you a complete refund.
5) When will you deliver after payment
We will try our utmost best to deliver the goods on the agreed date which is within 48 hours after the payment made (except public holiday). However, if we are unable to do so, you will be notified and an alternative date will be arranged. There will be a maximum delay of 5 workings days before full refund can be made. Your order will be delivered at the agreed time and location.
6) What is the delivery charges?
The delivery charges will depend on the model you order. The delivery charges will be stated in the product listing. Please refer to the product listing.
7) What to do to avoid delay ?
Please do not send the same order or query to multiple sales people and please quote your order no and name during communication. Example if your order via email, continue to communicate only by email. If you whatsapp our Mr Eric, then you continue dealing with him with whatsapp.

1. Price listed in our website is final and non-negotiable. However, for corporations and International Wholesaler, we do have special rate subject to quantity purchase. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more informations.
