- We process, ship packages Monday through Friday. For time being, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
- If the order is placed before 1:00pm (Monday through Friday) we will process and ship it out the same day.
- Most items/order are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.

Once the dispatch confirmation (Tracking No.) is given to you, your parcel is under the responsibility of our appointed courier company.
We shall not be responsible for missing parcel, damage parcel and delayed parcel if proof of postage is provided accordingly.
Any claim will have to be make with the courier company and we will try our best to assist you in compensation claim.
For all international orders, any customs and import duties charge will be borne by recipient of the parcel.
We have no control over these charges. Custom's policies and import duties vary from country to country.

Return and Exchange Policy
ALL products are checked twice for no prominent defects before packed for shippping.
We will not accept:
1. Any customer personal feeling or subjective reason is not allowed for exchange or refund, based on the fact that the product is not perfectly suit you or the end result does not meet your expectation.
2. Slight colour difference. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the apparels shown on our website. However, because the colours you see depend on your monitor and other settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be exactly accurate.
3. The customer doesn’t like the colour or style, and wishes to change to another colour or style/pattern/design.
4. Customer carelessness of handling or opening the parcel may damage the items to scissor or penknife cut and dirt due to dirty hand. Please be careful when opening your parcel.
5. If you feel the goods/product is uncomfortable or too transparent it is not allowed for exchange or refund.
We will exchange because of the large area of damage, large stain or send the wrong goods/product.
We will be responsible for ONE-WAY postage.
If your goods/product have quality problems with the above please contact us via wechat / whatsapp / sms +60102210491 within 3 working days of received of goods/product date.
After that, please send a picture to us to confirm. When confirmed, please return your purchase by pos to address No. 7, Jalan Mentakab 1/5, Taman Mentakab, 28400 Mentakab, Pahang.
Please make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached. Items cannot be worn, washed or altered in any way.
Please be reminded to contact us before you return the goods/product within 3 days.
If your goods/product is out of stock, we will exchange other item to you.
If you can’t find a good replacement, we can keep the credit for you.
We will not be held responsible if your shipment is lost or any damage during the return transit
