3. SHIPPING
Most orders will ship out within three days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard service unless otherwise indicated. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days(East Malaysia certain zone might take longer time). We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, Keyogen Store cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by third party courier services.

Keyogen one year limited warranty is available on all IT products offer in store, warrants the product to operate according to manufacturer's specification for the period of 1 year after the dispatch date. RETURNS AND WARRANTY
We will exchange or refund your item, provided the item is consider as defect on arrival due to postage delivery or manufacturing defect. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.If goods are faulty, please email keyogenshop@gmail.com stating your order number and brief explanation with attached photo as to the problem with the item.
If there is Defect on arrival, after we confirm, we would bear the all the return postage charges. If the product is defect within warranty period, consumer to inform us in advance, after agree, deliver the defect item to us for repair or free replacement . we would bear the delivery cost to send back item.
