Maintenance: Exchange cartridges every 6 months or after 2000 liters of filtered water usage, whichever comes first.
1. Orders will be processed within 48 hours after payment is cleared (workdays, exclude Public Holiday), U.N.O.
2. The deliveries will usually takes 3-7 business days within Peninsula Malaysia, depending on the locations. During festive seasons, delivery may take a few days days longer than usual.
3. All orders will be deliver through local courier services.
4. The parcel will be deliver only to the address on the order. Please ensure the address is correct.
5. All the products have gone through inspections prior to postage and in good condition.
6. If there is failed delivery due to receiver not available / wrong address given, the second-time delivery / new delivery charges will be borne by the buyer.

1. All items are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit (RM).
2. We prefers Netpay, however, Internet Banking and ATM Transfer are also acceptable.
3. In case of parcels undeliverable due to wrong address provided by buyers, or the recipient is not around to accept the parcels, buyer will be required to pay the postage fee for 2nd time (new) delivery.
4. We reserve the rights to amend our terms and conditions without prior notice when it deemed necessary.
5. By placing order with us, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
Our policy lasts 7 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. After 7 days refund can be rejected or accepted with condition. (amount at 70% or lesser)
You can also contact the manufacturer to return the good for warranty as this is one of the conveniences that we provide.
Free gifts are non-returnable items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items with following reasons:
if the product is expired / damaged upon collection at the store / at the time of delivery.
if the product is expired / damaged inside the packaging after collection/ delivery; and you contact customer service within 7 days from the date of purchase.
If the product ordered is different from the item delivered.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
