We ship your item(s) through Pos Malaysia, Airpak Express or ABX Express. Our Customer Service team will update you the tracking number as soon as possible, please check the message in your Dashboard. You can check your tracking number online.
- In Stock items which will be shipped within 3 business days.
- Pre-order items usually take 7 to 14 business days to reach your doorstep.
- Custom-made dresses take 10-15 business days to tailor a new dress before arranging shipment. It usually take 14-21 business days to reach your doorstep.
By placing an order, you are subject to an agreement with our terms and conditions as published on our site. Hence it is advisable that you're absolutely certain about your purchase before making a payment.
A difference of 2-3 cm between the item(s) received from what which was provided in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect. Our sizes are approximate and there is no guarantee that the item will fit you perfectly.
Due to color calibration of individual's computer and it might appear brighter/darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used, the actual item may differ from what is depicted in the picture.
Please note that orders will expire after 3 days of inactivity without payment notification. While we do try to set aside your pieces for you for as long as we can, we reserve the rights to release your reservation to the next buyer once your order has expired. Please pay as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment.
Please make sure the delivery address provided is valid/accessible. Cost of re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
Bounced parcels that are unclaimed after 2 months will be deemed as YoBeBee's property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given.
All purchases of items are subject to availability, though our system and team strives to provide the most accurate updates of our products' availability. Full amount will be refunded in any event the item is not available anymore, or you can opt for an exchange or to keep it as store credit.
Cancel an order after the payment is non-refundable.

Buyer may only apply for the exchange of the Item in the following circumstances:
• If you received a defective item or incorrect merchandise (style, size or color).
• Buyer may not apply for the refund or exchange of the Item due to a change of mind.
• Size issue such as cannot fit in, too big/too tight/too short/long does not extend to any form of return nor exchange. Strictly no exchange for reasons relating to size. Buyer is recommended to check measurements with us before purchase.
• The slight color difference between the dress received and the picture shown on the website is not the color defective or wrong delivery.
• A manufacturing defect does not include stray threads or removable dirt.
• An exchange is subjected to stock availability. If the size and/or colour which you would like to exchange to is out of stock, you can only make an exchange to an item(s) of a similar value. For an exchange to another design, a top-up will be required for exchange to a higher-priced item(s) and no refunds will be made for exchange to a lower-priced item(s).
• Items must be returned within 5 days from the day of receiving the item. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp date on the return parcel. We cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge.
• Merchandise must be in new, unworn, unwashed & unaltered condition.
• All hang tags and clothing labels must be attached and untampered with.
• Any dust bags or original merchandise boxes must be returned with the item in undamaged condition. We will recommend you to take a photo of the Item upon receiving it.
• Please package your return items in a safe and secure manner. We cannot offer exchange for items that get lost or damaged in the mail.
• Exchange/Return request must be submitted within 3 working days of receiving your parcel.
• Replacement process only begins after we've completed evaluating your returned item. Processing returns may take up to 3 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
