Minimum lead time required for each delivery is 48 hours (2 working days) after payment received. Delivery time may change for certain products due to their nature. The changes of lead time will be highlighted next to the said products.
There will be a delivery fee of RM7 for purchase additional RM1 for next item( COMBINE FREIGHT AVAILABLE)
Due to constant increment of fuel charges, cost of delivery services by us or our agent may change from time to time. You are advised to check the delivery fees every time you make a visit to our Site or before placing any orders with us.
Customer will receive a call from COOK COOK Team to confirm delivery time. Delivery crew will send the products ordered to the customer upon confirmation.
A note will be placed on the customer's doorstep or in the mailbox if the customer is not at the confirmed location during time of the delivery. Customer may call to COOK COOK to rearrange for a new delivery time. A charges of RM10 will be imposed for every re-delivery.
Customer should check and inspect that the products received are in good condition and are of the right quantity. After which, the customer must sign onthe Invoice and Delivery Order as acknowledgement for receiving of the products. It is the responsibility of the customer to check and ensure the quantity and condition of the products delivered by COOK COOK Online Delivery Crew are correct.
Please note that the law places certain restrictions on transactions involving alcohol, alcohol ordered by you and if you are not at home at your selected delivery time, it is your responsibility to ensure that a suitable person (above 18 years old) is there to receive the order.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the address has been entered incorrectly, the buyer will have to bear the shipping cost of re-sending.
All products purchased from COOK COOK Online store are delivered on a “First Order, First Serve” basis.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check and count goods purchased upon delivery by Couries or Cook Cook transport delivery.
All returns or exchanges for any goods purchased must be returned to us by contacting 016 474 5230 COOK COOK customer care within 7 working days upon receiving the products ordered. No further disputes will be entertained after 7 working days.

For confirmed cases of returns or exchanges, the following options will be offered:
1. Product exchange
Exchange with other product listed in COOK COOK Online Store
If the value of the new product chosen exceeds the amount of the original purchased product, the difference thereof should be paid by the customer;
If the value of the new product is lesser than the amount of the original purchased product, then the difference thereof will be converted into an e-coupon, which will be sent to the customer's registered email account.
