While our digital wrist blood pressure monitor is very convenient with sample steps. In less than one minute the digital
LCD display will show your systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and your pulse rate clearly.

Use Directions:
1) Wrap the cuff around the left wrist.
2) The display should be placed on the palm side of the wrist, the upper edge of the cuff should be approximately 1cm from your palm line.
3) Sit up-straight and place your forearm on the storage case, so that the unit is at the same height as your heart.
4) Keep up-right and draw yourself up, relax your shoulder and your arm.
5) Click ON/OFF key, the device starts measuring automatically.

Please note: If you place this meter as a wrist watch it will provide wrong readings.
