This are homebreed blue diamond shrimp, its from the Neocaridina family. This shrimp is ideal for beginners , easy to take care and they can tolerate to most of the new environment. Their peaceful temperament enable them to be mix with other small fish like guppies, neon tetras, snails and etc. They are also a great algea cleaning crew in a planted aquarium. Their food range is avery wide, diet from shrimp pallets, spirulina, frozen blood worms and blanched mulberry leaf, spinach, carrots and etc. The following are the water parameters guidelines : 1) Temperature : 26-28°c (don't exceed 30°c) 2) Water Ph: 6.5-8 3) GH: 5-8 4) TDS: 150-250 will mix male and female. Standard size 1cm. Photo are for illustration purposes only. Currently shipment to Sabah and Sarawak are not supported. All livestock shipments are done only on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only, this is to avoid parcel being stuck in the courier office.

WE USE GDEX AS OUR SELECTED COURIER SERVICE PROVIDER. ALL LIVESTOCK (SHRIMP) WILL BE PACKED USING POLYSTYRENE BOX AND ICE PACK.
DOA GUARANTEE AND PRODUCT CLAIMS
1) DOA valids for 72 hours after we sent out the livestock parcel. For example, Monday we send out, DOA term valid for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We are not responsible for any damaged livestock after 72hours, especially due to the courier company delay or your part is not able to receive the parcel when deliver.
2) Customer must take a clear photo of the casualties before unpacking the packaging bag. DOA is void if the photo is taken after opening the plastic bag.
3) For plants that arrived in bad conditions, take a clear photo and sent to us.
4) All claims must be made within 24hours upon receiving the parcel. Any claims made after 24hours receiving the parcel will not be entertained.
5) If the damaged goods quantity is small, example 1 or 2 pcs, we will consider refund of the damaged goods excluding paid courier fees to your account.
