Questions & Answers Ask Seller
We deliver to all destination within Malaysia for all orders from Harvess Online Shopping Mall except as listed in Delivery Exception. There is no charge for orders of any value if you opt to collect the items from our warehouse at Puchong. Normal delivery time frame are within 5 to 7 days but we will try our best to deliver as soon as possible on the best afford. Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure. Examples of such an address would be a communal postal address or a P.O. box. If this affects an order you have placed, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
1. We deliver to most postal areas in Peninsula Malaysia and East Malaysia, but we're sorry that geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service. We may not always be able to deliver certain products too.
2. There are small numbers of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales.
3. If there's no-one in when we deliver, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on the card to rearrange delivery or collect your order.
Can't wait for delivery? Why not try our Self Pickup Service? You simply place your order online and we'll have it ready for collection, please drop by our warehouse at Puchong to collect your purchases on the next day or same day (Minimal four hours are required, please call to confirm. Only applicable to office hours). The service is available for most but not all of the items we sell. We’re unable to accept orders that include items for collection from in-store as well as items for delivery, so in these cases, please place two separate orders – one for collection and one for delivery.

Requirements For A Full Refund For Products
Items must be in new condition
Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories Any complaints must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org accompanied with relevant photographic evidence (where applicable) within 3 days of receipt. For undelivered goods, complaints can be raised within 3 months from your date of purchase. Merchant is unable to provide any form of tracking number of shipment within 30 working days of the deal expiry date
Requirements for a Full Refund for Services
Customer must be refused service by the merchant within the voucher valid period Merchant has closed down and/or stopped providing the advertised service on the voucher Refunds will be provided in the form of Harvess Points. Refund requests must be submitted via email to email@example.com within 3 days of voucher expiry date or within 30 days of deal expiry date, whichever is later.
Merchant Returns Policies
While most merchants offer a returns policy equivalent to Harvess.com's, some seller returns policies may vary. However, they may provide refunds. Shipping and handling charges for returning items shipped by a merchant are borne by the buyer.
