How do I track my order status?
- All orders are delivered via LWE or DPEX, do track your parcel with the given tracking number at http://www.lwe.com.hk/tracking/track or https://dpex.com/Tools-And-Applications/Track-And-Trace
- All orders are processed within 1~3 days once payment is made and confirmed. The tracking number will be provided to you asap, and it will be available within the next 24 hours when our logistic partners have updated their records. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
When will I receive my orders?
- Standard delivery time will be 5 to 12 working days and directly ship from Taiwan. For remote or rural areas (such as Sabah, Labuan, and Sarawak) may take longer than specified.
- Our courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel on working days only.
- All items are packed in good condition and we took pictures as reference before shipping.
- Delivery time may vary due to weather condition, flight transit delays, or unexpected occurrences.
- All orders are directly shipping from Taiwan.
- All products are authenticity guarantee and in good condition before shipping from Taiwan.

International Return Policy:

- If for any reason (Learn more about our return reasons, please read the reasons on the return form.) you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from TeBuy Fashion and Beauty, you may return the unused portion for refund within 7 days after receiving products.

- Your item cannot be returned after 7 calendar days.
