Shipping in Malaysia
All items are shipped FREE*!
Delivery time depends on the items as certain items are customized and are done as per order. We will update you accordingly on production process.
As a guideline -
Please allow a max of up to 7 working days for production and delivery.
Please allow 3-5 working days for production and delivery.
Customized Word Bunting
Please allow 14-20 working days for production and delivery.
Ready stock items
We ship out in 48 hours.
Delivery will be done in 14-20 days.

All orders are shipped by courier.

All artwork and designs are the property of Adora Wedding Accessories. Please do not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify any of our artwork and designs without permission.
Kindly note that colors of the shown products might differ slightly from actual products due to different monitor resolutions.
If what you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to confirm if you would like to wait for the next arrival or to proceed with a refund.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us your order number, product condition and photo(s) of the said item within 3 days of receipt.
We will not entertain emails that are sent after 3 days.
We will look at the photos and decide if a replacement or a refund is appropriate. For replacements, these damaged/defective items must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped. After we have received them, we will send out a new one.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the return shipping cost for replacement items. The buyer will have to bear the return shipping cost to send back the item to us.
