Daily Shipping Schedule:

Every order before 1pm will be shipped to (Poslaju Counter or Skynet)

on the same day. Order after 1pm will be shipped on the next

working day. E.g., Order that comes in at 3pm Monday will

be shipped to Poslaju counter on Tuesday. Order that comes

received on Friday after 1pm will be shipped to Poslaju on next Monday.

CLAIM POLICY

It is the responsibility of Customer to return the claim unit to our center on their own costs

Replacement units will only being shipped upon receipt of claim unit

One for one replacement for the ones you have already used and are at least 80% full in powder weight

Defective products that you have already used and are less than 50% full in powder weight, you will be charged 50% of original purchase price for one for one replacement

All defective or damaged returns are subject to verification by our technical staff

Failure to return a product within the return period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product

Warranty doesn't cover modification, personal repair

Warranty void if warranty seal on claim unit is found to be torn / damage

REFUND POLICY
