Nespresso® coffee machines subjected to a period of TWO (2) YEARS WARRANTY which covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use. During the first year of warranty period, Espresso Coffee Concept will repair or replace, at no charge, machines or parts of the machines that proves defective because of improper workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. In the second year of warranty, any repairs may be claimed from Nespresso® Malaysia, provided that the manufacturer warranty had been registered for. This Warranty does not cover any machine malfunctions or damage which do not result from defects in material or workmanship by the manufacturer.
Any defective or dysfunctional coffee machines reported and repaired after the indicated warranty period is chargeable to the customer, depending on machine condition and circumstance. Customers are expected to submit the warranty form included in the machine packaging back to ECC in order for their machine’s warranty to be valid.
Tao Barista Pro Milk Frother
The Tao Milk Frother sold by Espresso Coffee Concept is subjected to a period of THREE (3) MONTHS LIMITED WARRANTY which covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use. During the Warranty period, Espresso Coffee Concept will replace, at no charge, units that prove defective due to improper workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. This warranty does not cover any problems caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage due to reasons other than defects in material or workmanship of the product, such as water damage.
Products sold on this website are non-refundable.
Perishable goods such as coffee capsules are non-returnable in any case.
Incorrectly shipped products or products with manufacturing defects will be returnable for a repair or exchange, depending on circumstance. (Subject to management’s approval)
Returned products must be returned in its original packaging, in the same condition it was received.
Delivery charges for returns will be bared by OA Malaysia when returns are due to manufacturing defects or incorrect shipping.
Any returned product must be supported with the original proof of purchase (eg. receipts)
If any product defects or incorrect shipping is detected, please contact us via email or phone within 7 days.
All returns must be made within 30 days of the product delivery to OA Fine Foods headquarters.
