1. Shipment will be via Poslaju Malaysia/Skynet Express/GDEX/ CITYLINK/ ABX Express (Subject to shipping area). We reserve the rights to select the shipping method to meet your requirement.
2. You will receive your item within 2-3 working days for ready stock; 14 working days for pre-order items.

We not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond the control of our carriers, including, but not limited to the following: Acts of God, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, air traffic control delays, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters.
4. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, the courier service may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
5. Shipping details that customer key in during checkout are final, we will send out the item to the address according to the details provided by the customer during checkout. If there’s any mistake or changes customer wish to correct, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to resolve the problem.
6. We will not be responsible for item or parcel lost made by courier service, our team will try our best to help you to resolve the problem.

This warranty does not cover accident, misuse, incorrect line voltage, improper installation, transport damage, altered serial number, connection to non compatible hardware and the like.

This warranty does not cover customer self physical damage.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damage (including without limitation any loss of profits) arising from use of the product purchased or any breach of this warranty.
