Warranty for remanufactured Toner Cartridges
Great Star Solution provides 100% warranty on the toner cartridges remanufactured by us. The warranty manufacturing defects but excludes act of god, power surge, neglect, or unauthorized repair/modification.
Warranty for Printer Multifunction Device
Warranty provided direct from the manufacturer (refer to manufacture warranty policy). Warranty period one year for most of the product, user can register online to enjoy extended warranty period for some of the manufacturer.
Lost Damages
Seller shall not held responsible for lost or damage of the item(s) during delivery by courier service. However, buyer has the right to claim from the courier company.
