Our delivery is currently provided within Malaysia ONLY and we will deliver the products ordered by you to the address you have given us for delivery at the time you make your order.
We aim to deliver all orders within 2 to 5 working days after payment is approved. Your order may arrive in multiple parcels and at different times. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. SmartDP is not responsible for customer's loss or damages due to the result of late delivery / failed in delivery. If you are unable to take delivery or collection, the carrier may leave a card giving you instruction on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier. SmartDP is not responsible for parcel unclaimed after a month from the shipped date.
For in stock item, your order will be processed on the same day if orders placed and confirmed by 1000 (GMT +8).
For special order item, please allow 7 to 20 working days of delivery. SmartDP will inform our customer with courier tracking via SMS once your order is shipped.
Any orders placed and confirmed after 1000 (GMT +8) on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Deliveries are made from Monday through Friday, except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Please contact SmartDP if you did not receive your parcel within 3 working days after item shipped.
